Membership questions
How much is a membership?
Gold is $19.99/mo, Platinum $24.99/mo, Diamond $36.99/mo and Luxe $49.99/mo. Every plan includes unlimited washes on that package.
How often can I wash?
As often as you like. There’s no daily limit or wash cap — one monthly price covers every visit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. To cancel, visit us and complete a cancellation form with your Club Membership number, or call 401-416-7685. Requests need to reach us at least 7 days before your billing date, and we’ll text you a confirmation once it’s done.
Does the membership cover interior cleaning?
Memberships cover exterior tunnel washes. Interior cleaning is the Luxe Interior Add-On — $9.99 for members, $14.99 for non-members, Friday to Sunday. Free vacuums come with every wash.
I want unlimited washing for two cars. Do I need two memberships?
Each car needs its own membership, and we offer multi-car discounts when you add a second vehicle. Ask our team at the wash for details.
Does it work on trucks and SUVs?
Yes. Standard SUVs, trucks and crossovers all go through the tunnel. If your vehicle is oversized, call us on 401-416-7685 to confirm clearance first.
How do I change the card on file?
Call our management team or visit us at the wash with the updated details and we’ll update your Member’s Club profile.
